中频炉电源整流电路的负载是逆变器,逆变器输出有功功率是整流电路赠与的,要求整流电路的直流输出电压在规定的范围内能连续平滑可调(0-513v)。中频电源的负载变化很大,整流电路应自动限制输出电压。通常是采用在负载端取出电流、电压信号来改变整流移相控制角,来完成截流、截压。
The
load of the intermediate frequency furnace power supply rectifier
circuit is the inverter, and the active power output of the inverter is
provided by the rectifier circuit. The DC output voltage of the
rectifier circuit is required to be continuously and smoothly adjustable
within the specified range (0-513v). The load of the intermediate
frequency power supply varies greatly, and the rectifier circuit should

要求整流电路应对体系进行过电压和过电流保护,中频炉采用移相控制角=150度使直流输出负压形成有源逆变。直流电抗器是有源逆变的一个重要条件,大部分中频电源采用三相全控桥式整流电路。因为它的输出电压调节范围大而移相控制角的变化范围小,有利于体系的自动调节,它输出电压的脉动频率较高可以减轻直流滤波环节的负担。
The
rectification circuit is required to provide overvoltage and
overcurrent protection for the system. The intermediate frequency
furnace adopts a phase shift control angle of 150 degrees to form an
active inverter for the negative voltage output of the DC. DC reactor is
an important condition for active inverter, and most intermediate
frequency power supplies use three-phase fully controlled bridge
rectifier circuits. Because its output voltage regulation range is large
and the change range of phase shift control angle is small, it is
conducive to the automatic adjustment of the system. The high
fluctuation frequency of its output voltage can reduce the burden of the
DC filtering link.
对整流电路还有一个要求是:当逆变器运行失败时,中频炉能把储存在电抗器中的能量通过整流电路返回到工频电网,使逆变得到保护,即有源逆变
There
