The working principle of a medium frequency electric furnace is to heat the metal through electromagnetic induction. When the mass of the load (i.e. the metal to be heated) is too large or too complex, the power of the electric furnace may not reach the expected level. Overloading requires higher power input to achieve heating, but if the device's design power or power capacity is insufficient, it cannot provide enough energy, resulting in power failure.
处理方法:检查负载的质量和形状,尽量避免负载过重或不均匀。如果负载过重,可以尝试分批加热,或者改良加热工艺,使电炉能够在较小的功率范围内运行。对于电炉本身,应确认电源容量是否与负载匹配。
Solution: Check the quality and shape of the load, and try to avoid overloading or unevenness of the load as much as possible. If the load is too heavy, you can try batch heating or optimize the heating process so that the electric furnace can operate within a smaller power range. For the electric furnace itself, it should be confirmed whether the power capacity matches the load.
