中频感应电炉是我司的主要产品之一，感应电炉在使用中应注意以下几个问题：
The medium frequency induction furnace is one of our main products, and the following issues should be noted when using induction furnaces:
一、电气线路有故障时应及时检修，检查地沟，感应圈、冷却水管和其它电器时，要注意防止自身及其它人员触电。
1、 When there is a malfunction in the electrical circuit, timely maintenance should be carried out. When inspecting trenches, induction coils, cooling water pipes, and other electrical appliances, attention should be paid to preventing electric shock to oneself and other personnel.
二、取试样要注意周围人员，以免钢花烫人。
2、 When taking the sample, pay attention to the surrounding personnel to prevent steel flowers from scorching people.
三、发现停水，漏炉、感应圈绝缘层破裂和漏水时，应立即停炉检修。
3、 In case of water shutdown, furnace leakage, broken insulation layer of induction coil, or water leakage, the furnace should be immediately shut down for maintenance.
四、吊运浇包的速度不应太快，钢水不应装得过满。如用手抬包浇注，行走时应互相配合好，不要急走急停。如钢水泼出，要稳当放下，不准扔包。
4、 The speed of lifting and pouring the ladle should not be too fast, and the steel should not be overfilled. If you use your hands to lift the package and pour, you should cooperate well with each other when walking, and do not rush or stop. If molten steel is splashed out, it should be safely put down and no bags should be thrown.
五、半吨以上中频炉拆炉时，要上下照应，互相配合，拆装时要有专人指挥。
5、 When disassembling a medium frequency furnace with a capacity of over half a ton, it is necessary to take care of each other from top to bottom, cooperate with each other, and have a dedicated person command the disassembly and assembly process.
六、停炉后必须切断电源总开关，关闭水阀门后方可离去。
6、 After the boiler is shut down, the main power switch must be cut off and the water valve must be closed before leaving.
